Yale Creek Property Owners News Letter: Road work Addition

On Saturday October 1, 2011 volunteers worked on the following roads in our subdivision adding 61 truck loads of fill and road base and installing water diversion dams:

West end of North Beaver Springs (fill/road base and water diversion)

New Management

Thank you for your response to this matter.  We have spoke with Northwest Management as to the deadline for this.  Around April 15, 2010, we will tally the number of people that want to participate in the project, we will then get a firm quote from Northwest Management and divide that number by the number of participants so we can present everyone with the actual cost.  If this amount is agreed upon we will then collect a down payment from each participating landowner in the name of Northwest...

Questions That Have Arose Concerning Spruce Bud Worm

We have received several questions in regards to the spraying and would like to address these concerns:

1.  The first question is about the product that will be sprayed.  The product is a bacterium that is non-toxic, this is not a herbicide or pesticide.  

2.  The second question was about the legality of spraying over structures.  The laws of spraying a bacterium that is non-toxic, are different than spraying a herbicide or pesticide.  We have been assured from Northwest Manage...
