Yale Creek Property Owners News Letter: Road work Addition
On Saturday October 1, 2011 volunteers worked on the following roads in our subdivision adding 61 truck loads of fill and road base and installing water diversion dams:
West end of North Beaver Springs (fill/road base and water diversion)
Glen Tree (fill/road base and water diversion)
Pine Cone (fill/road base)
Upper Yale Creek (installed water diversion)
Lower end of Pine Crest (fill /road base and water diversion)
No. Juniper Loop (fill/road base and water diversion)
Lower end of Juniper and Sugar Pine (fill/road base and water diversion)

Attached is the current financial statement showing the status of our road funds. As you can see after this latest road work the fund is almost depleted. If you have not contributed for 2011 it is not too late we accept contributions at any time. It would be great if all property owners could make their 2012 annual contribution of $150.00 per property early next year so that the spring road campaign can be planned and scheduled. Contribution checks should be made out to Yale Creek Property Group and mailed to:

This web page is under new management, we will try to post updates monthly to keep you better informed as to what is going on in Yale Creek Subdivision.
